The Experience of the PQ System

This program offers a structured and organized system of PQ reps with expert guidance from Stanford lecturer Shirzad Chamine, author of the book Positive Intelligence. Trained by Shirzad, your Mental Fitness Coach will host a live coaching session where she will conduct hot seat coaching and answer questions about any aspect of the program

  • The first 3 weeks of the program will introduce you to the Judge and your accomplice Saboteurs. You will take the Saboteur assessment at the beginning of the program to learn more about your own Saboteurs.

  • Weeks 4 and 5 will center around the five Sage powers and their impact on positive mental muscles.

  • During the final 2 weeks of the program, you will learn techniques for activating the various Sage powers.

The 6-Week Program

The program includes 6 weekly areas of focus, 6 one-hour videos (one each week), one live coaching session with the Mental Fitness Coach which features hot-seat coaching on individual issues and Q&A, and a free Saboteur assessment. You will also receive a certificate of completion after you complete the entire 6-week program, including watching the 6 videos. The great part about this program is that you set your own schedule and work at your own pace. You will have access to the PQ System for one year after the 6-week program ends.
